Alexey Nemkov

Alexey Nemkov was born on 30 March 1919 in Dzhankoy in the Crimean Socialist Soviet Republic to a working-class family. He graduated from eighth grade and became the assistant secretary of the Dzhankoy branch of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU). In October, Nemkov was drafted into the Red Army and also joined the CPSU.
