Frances Elizabeth Quinn (born 1982), from Market Harborough, is best known as the winner of the fourth series of The Great British Bake Off in 2013. She is the youngest of five siblings, having three brothers and one sister. Her first book release was 'Quinntessential Baking', she can also be seen regularly taking part in cookery demonstrations and appearances at food festivals.
