The 1931 Railway Cup Hurling Championship was the fifth Inter-Provincial Championship, an annual hurling competition contested by three of the four provinces of Ireland. The tournament was held between 8 February and 17 March 1931. The championship was contested by Connacht, Leinster and Munster. Munster won the championship for the fourth year in-a-row.
