František Čermák and Julian Knowle were the defending champions but only Knowle competed that year with Lovro Zovko. Knowle and Zovko lost in the quarterfinals to Álex López Morón and Rafael Nadal López Moron and Nadal won in the final 6–1, 6–3 against Todd Perry and Thomas Shimada.
