2004 Rugby League National Leagues

In January 2004, LHF Healthplan agreed to sponsor the National Leagues, and the competition was subsequently renamed as the LHF Healthplan National League. Leagues One and Two were made up of the 18 clubs that competed in the Northern Ford Premiership during the previous season, plus London Skolars and York City Knights. National League Three expanded to a 14-team league, but there was still no automatic promotion and relegation with National League Two.
