Alexandra Elisha Grey is an American actress and singer best known for her role as Elizah Edwards on the TV series Transparent. Grey is also set to guest star on Season 2 of the CBS TV medical drama Code Black and Season 4 of the Comedy Central series Drunk History where she portrays gay rights activist Marsha P. Johnson. Grey is also transgender. On June 3, 2016, it was announced that she signed on to play opposite Michael K. Williams and Phylicia Rashad in the new ABC mini-series When We Rise. Presently, she is recurring on Chicago Med as Denise Lockwood.
