Aunty Disco Project
Aunty Disco Project (Urdu: آنٹی ڈسکو پراجیکٹ, in English sometimes shortened as ADP) was an indie rock band from Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, formed in 2006. Founded by lead vocalist, guitarist and songwriter Omar Bilal Akhtar, the band's initial line-up consisted of Omar Bilal Akhtar as vocalist along with bassist Imran Lodhi, guitarist Khawer Khan, drummer Omar Khalid and darbuka player Yasir Qureshi, since then there had been many changes in the line-up the only consistent members being Omar Bilal and Yasir Qureshi. The band was widely regarded as one of the best live acts in the country.
