CHM executives include general manager Nima Nasseri, Founder and Head of A&R Efe Ogbeni (known for the success of Super Producer Redone; and managing Producer & Songwriter Parker Ighile). Its first single "Hello" by Stafford Brothers featuring Christina Milian and Lil Wayne, is distributed by Cash Money Records/Universal Republic. The dance label is the first of its kind, utilitizing the resources of a Major, while retaining the structure and creative control of an independent label.
