Capitol Studios

Capitol Studios are a complex of recording studios located in the Capitol Records Tower in Los Angeles, California that have been in use since 1956. Many of Capitol Records' most famous musical acts, such as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, the Beach Boys, and the Beastie Boys have recorded there. The facility is owned by the Capitol Music Group, whose parent company is Universal Music Group (UMG). Paula Salvatore has been the studio manager for over 20 years. An additional studio by Capitol Records was built in New York City.
