Copenhagen International School

Copenhagen International School (CIS) is an international, co-educational day school located in the Copenhagen metropolitan area, Denmark. As of 2011, the school runs two campuses: Hellerup Campus, located in Hellerup, a suburb of Copenhagen, where the Primary and Middle School up to grade 8 is situated, and the City Campus, located in Østerbro, Central Copenhagen near Østerport, where the Senior School is situated. The student body consists of around 820 members representing over 70 different nationalities with English as the primary language of instruction. Copenhagen International School offers an educational program from pre-kindergarten through grade 12 for students of all nationalities. The school year comprises four quarters, extending from mid-August through mid-June.
