The Electronic Sports League One Manila 2016 or also known as ESL One Manila 2016 for short, was an 5x5 international Dota 2 competition held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, Philippines. Eight international teams battled for the title in which three of them are direct qualifiers, while the remaining teams went in a qualifying round. The pool prize for the said event was $250,000 which was divided into eight places. The top prize worth $100,000, was given to Wings Gaming, as the Chinese qualifiers, by sweeping Team Liquid in the best-of-5 finals, 3 games to 0. The event occurred from April 22-24 2016, and it was sponsored by PLDT Fibr and GameX.
