Ellerbe Becket was an independent Minneapolis, Minnesota-based architectural, engineering, interior design and construc tion firm until 2009, when it was acquired by AECOM. As of May 2011 the company is doing business under the 'AECOM' name. AECOM is ranked as one of the world's largest architectural firms, with offices in Dallas, TX, Kansas City, MO, San Francisco, CA, Washington, DC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Doha, Qatar. The firm currently employs 475 people in seven locations and three countries, and has designed buildings in all of the 50 states and in 20 countries.
