Foong Seow Ting (born 4 December 1987) is a Malaysian individual rhythmic gymnast. She represents her nation at international competitions. She competed at world championships, including at the 2005 and 2007 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. She also participated at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
