Gimmel Foundation
The Gimmel Foundation (קרן גימל - Keren Gimmel in Hebrew) is a New York and Israel based non-profit foundation, which funds projects and programs aimed at improving Jewish education and Jewish identity in the Southern region of Israel. The foundation was founded by Rabbi Dr. Harris Guedalia in 1980. Since then, the Gimmel Foundation has worked with over 18,000 children and adults in 53 programs offering various educational, cultural services.
