Godhong Maple The Indonesian Art and Community or Godhong Maple is a Non for profit organization who performs traditional Indonesian arts and cultures in Toronto. The name of Godhong Maple is coming from two words, Godhong and Maple. Godhong means leaf in Javanese language and Maple is a leaf from maple trees or a symbol from Canada National Flag. From these two words, Godhong Maple try to build an understanding between Indonesia and Canada culture through arts. They focused on assisting and educating young Indonesian Canadian generation to recognize their roots and cultural heritage from their country of origin, Indonesia.
