Lakeview Junior High School, commonly referred to as “Lakeview,” is a junior high school located in Downers Grove, Illinois. Lakeview serves students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, residing in Downers Grove, Woodridge, and Darien. Notably, sixth grade is considered junior high at Lakeview, unlike most other junior high schools. Lakeview adopted a semester-based academic calendar (replacing the previous trimester-based academic calendar) after the appointment of Mr. Tim Arnold, superintendent. Lakeview is part of Center Cass School District 66.
