Melissa Wintrow

Melissa Wintrow (born Troy, Idaho, United States) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Idaho House of Representatives from the north Boise-based District 19 in the B seat since December 1, 2014. Wintrow succeeded Holli Woodings after Woodings ran an unsuccessful campaign for the Idaho Secretary of State. Wintrow defeated Troy Rohn in the Democratic primary. Wintrow attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, graduating with a BA degree in English literature in 1988. She earned a master of education in higher education from the University of Georgia in 1990.
