My Princess Boy is an American picture book written by Cheryl Kilodavis and illustrated by Suzanne DeSimone. Kilodavis first self-published the book in 2009 via KD Talent of Seattle, then on 21 December of the following year, Simon & Schuster published a new edition on their Aladdin imprint. Kilodavis wrote the book about her son, Dyson, and their family. Dyson's self-expression does not conform to stereotypical gender roles. One of the ways he expresses himself is by wearing clothing meant for girls.
