October People is a Spanish rock band. The quartet formed in Madrid in 2010 and their members are Giovanni Pandone (vocals and keyboards), Victor Rubio (guitar), Enrique Galán (bass) and Daniel Garcia (drums). Sharp guitars, a powerful rhythm base and an emotional and impressive vocal line are the defining elements of their music, reminiscent of the British post-punk era. Their sound is dark, elegant and danceable with an underlying pop sensibility. The name October People was inspired by The October Country, a 1955 short stories collection by Ray Bradbury.
