Paul Ramsey Hawley
Paul Ramsey Hawley (January 1, 1891 – November 24, 1965) was an American physician who served as Command Surgeon of the European Theater of Operations, United States Army from January 1942 to May 1945. After the war, he was appointed as Medical Director of the U.S. Veterans Administration and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
