Ruselectronics (Russian: Росэлектроника - Roselectronica), is a Russian state-owned holding company founded in 1997. 100% of shares belongs to the Russian State corporation 'ROSTEC' which is established in late 2007 to promote development, production and export of hi-tech industrial products for civil and defense sectors, and brings together 663 entities which form 13 holding companies.Ruselectronics is responsible for the production of approximately 80 percent of all Russian electronics components.
