The Schwäbisches Turmuhrenmuseum in Mindelheim, Germany is a small horological museum dedicated to the history of towerclocks. The museum is open every Saturday afternoon and the last Sunday afternoon of each month from 14h00 to 17h00 as well as anytime for groups by special appointment. It is located in a former historic church, the Silvesterkirche, at Hungerbachgasse 9, 87719 Mindelheim, as well as the associated clocktower, the Kappelturm (49 meters high, 155 steps to climb). Large working towerclocks are located on every floor of the tower, allowing the visitor to fully experience towerclocks in their natural environment.
