Stephen W. Owen
Stephen Woodruff Owen (born March 22, 1958) has been the 22nd general president of the Young Men organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since April 2015. Owen was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Gordon and Carolyn Owen. He married Jane Stringham in the Provo Utah Temple in 1979; they are the parents of five children. Owen has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Utah and owns a Great Harvest Bread Company franchise in Provo, Utah. Owen is a direct descendant of Wilford Woodruff and lives in Provo, Utah.
