The Flow was an XM Satellite Radio Commercial-free music Channel. The channel was removed from satellite lineup on 2006-04-17 to make room for XM's music Channel devoted to Rhythmic Contemporary Hits, The Heat. The channel was one of the few XM channels that did not have any live personalities. The Flow aired Neo-Soul Music. The channel was described as "The Next Generation of Soul" The Flow was added to the lineup on 2002-08-26. This channel was programmed by Radio One, Inc. until 2004 channel production turned in-house.
