USS Lady Betty (SP-661)
USS Lady Betty (SP-661) was a United States Navy patrol vessel in commission from 1917 to 1918. Lady Betty was built as the private motorboat Chatana by the Matthews Boat Company at Port Clinton, Ohio, in 1913. She was later renamed Lady Betty. Assigned to the 2nd Naval District in southern New England, Lady Betty carried out patrol duties in Newport Harbor and along the coast of Narragansett Bay for the rest of World War I.
