WTOR (770 AM) is a daytime-only radio station licensed to Youngstown, New York, USA. The station is currently owned by Birach Broadcasting Corporation. The station airs a primarily brokered multicultural programming format targeted primarily at the Greater Toronto Area in Canada. The station's 13,000-watt directional signal is aimed almost completely into the province of Ontario (thus arguably making the station a border blaster). The WTOR call sign previously belonged to a station in Harwinton, Connecticut which now uses the call sign WSNG.
