Western Province United F.C.
Western Province United, also commonly referred to as WP United, is a football (soccer) club, based in Kuilsriver, Cape Town, South Africa. The club was founded in 1998 with the name FC Fortune, by Colin Gie and the former South African football player Quinton Fortune. Ahead of the 2005–06 season, it was renamed to Cape United. In September 2006, they finally settled with the current name of the club: Western Province United FC.
