The 2015 Saint Francis Cougars football team represent the University of Saint Francis in the 2015 NAIA FCS football season. They are led by head coach Kevin Donley, now in his 37th year as head coach overall, including the last 18 years as the only head coach in the history of Saint Francis football. The Cougars play their home games at Bishop John D’Arcy Stadium. The Cougars are a member of the Mid-States Football Association. The Cougars finished as the 2015 MSFA (MEL) champion. As the conference champion, the Cougars received the MSFA (MEL)'s automatic bid to the 2015 NAIA FCS.
