2016 Cork Senior Hurling Championship

The 2016 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 130th staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The draw for the 2016 fixtures took place on 13 December 2015. The championship began on 15 May 2016 and ended on 15 October 2016. Glen Rovers were the defending champions. On 9 October 2016, Glen Rovers won the title following a 0-19 to 2-10 defeat of Erin's Own in the county final. This was their 27th championship title overall and their second in succession.
