39 Boötis (abbr.: 39 Boo) or ADS 9406 B is a star in the constellation Boötes. A multiple star system, it has a combined apparent magnitude of 5.68. The system is 224 ± 8 light-years distant. It is composed of BD+49 2326A, which has an apparent magnitude of 6.248 and spectral type F8V, and BD+49 2326B, which has an apparent magnitude of 6.62 and spectral type F7V. Both stars are themselves spectroscopic binaries.
