Alexander James McPhail

Alexander James McPhail (December 23, 1883 – October 21, 1931) was a Scottish-Canadian agricultural reformer, and the first president of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool. He was designated a Person of National Historic Significance by the Canadian Government in 1971.
