Astounding Space Thrills was a webcomic by Steve Conley begun in 1997. It is also the title of a comic book series of the same name published by Image Comics. Apparently inspired by early science fiction serials, the strip follows the adventures of Argosy Smith around the year 2030. He is often accompanied on his adventures by Theremin, formerly a human antique dealer whose body is now composed of "bioglop".
