Ayyub Khan (Kipchak leader)

Ayyub Khan (Persian: ايوب خان, Tatar: Äyyüb [æɪˈjyp], Russian: Аепа (Ayepa)) (?–1117) was a ruler of Kypchak commonwealth. He was a grandfather of Andrew the Pious. There is some information about his war against Vladimir Monomach. Later Kypchak, still ruled by Ayyub, also attacked Volga Bulgaria in union with Kievan Rus.
