Chaytor baronets
There have been two baronetcies created for members of the Chaytor family, one in the Baronetage of England and one in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. As of 2008 one creation is extant while the other is dormant. Another member of the family to gain distinction was Major-General Sir Edward Chaytor. He was the grandson of John Chaytor, second son of the first Baronet. His son Edward John Clervaux Chaytor (1903–1976) was a Brigadier in the Royal Artillery.
