College Media Advisers
College Media Advisers (CMA), formerly known as National Council of College Publication Advisers, was established in 1956 and is a United States national association of higher education professionals which exists to promote established standards and practices in college media advising. Most colleges and universities in the United States are a member of CMA or have an adviser that is a member. Current officers are: President: Sally Renaud, Eastern Illinois University Vice President: David Swartzlander, Doane College Secretary: Bonnie Thrasher Treasurer: Annette Forbes, Iowa State University
