Deen Mohammad Shaikh

Deen Mohammad Shaikh (Urdu: دين محمد شيخ‎) is a Muslim missionary from Matli town of Badin District in the Sindh province of Pakistan. Deen Mohammad Shaikh was born in 1942 in a Hindu family and converted to Islam in 1989. After his conversion to Islam, he became a Muslim missionary to Hindus of Sindh province. Deen Mohammad Shaikh's mission has converted over 110,000 Hindus to Islam. Deen Mohammad Shaikh is the President of the local mosque Jamia Masjid Allah Wali and Madrassa Aisha Taleem-ul Quran, an institute for conversions to Islam. Deen alleges that he was kidnapped along with his daughter-in-law by influential local Hindu leaders who threatened him so that he would stop converting people.
