Delaware County Youth Initiative (DCYI) is a county-wide, nonprofit coalition of organizations and individuals interested in developing healthy and productive children and youth in Delaware County, PA. Delaware County, Pennsylvania is a highly populated county west of Philadelphia. It is economically and socially diverse, with many issues facing its population. DCYI exists to help address those issues, including drug use, crime, and providing programs for children and youth from various socio-economic backgrounds.
