Democratic Collective Centralism
Democratic Collective Centralism also known as DCC is an offspring ideology of Democratic centralism. Democratic centralism was first used during the Russian Revolution under the principles of Leninism to allow all members to discuss freely their beliefs and to come to a decision. However, once coming to that decision by majority vote; all participants are expected to uphold that policy. Democratic Collective Centralism supports this belief whilst carrying societal beliefs upon the public.
