Every year "Brahmotsavam" 5 day festival is celebrated from kamada ekadasi falls in the month of April-may. Ramalayam is also present here. Sriramanavami is celebrated with great devotion. Veerabadra Swamy temple is situated here.A sect of people worship Lord Veerabadra Swamy with immense love and faith. Veerabadhra Jatara is celebrated every year. People walk on red hot coal to express their immense faith in Lord. "Vanulamma Devi" is the demigod who safeguards the village
