The building has 92 rooms, and several houses have been incorporated into the building's structure. It is located opposite the Wallace Collection art galleries. The hotel underwent a twenty-room renovation in the early 2000s and at the same time a new head chef Pascal Valée joined the premises. It is a grade II listed building.
