Howmeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان حومه) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Deyr County, Bushehr Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population (including Bardestan, which was subsequently detached from the rural district and promoted to city status) was 12,939, in 2,694 families; excluding Bardestan, the population (as of 2006) was 7,741, in 1,559 families. The rural district has 23 villages.
