Hugh Griffin Parker Jr. (July 25, 1934 – November 3, 2007) was an architect from Bastrop in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. He contracted polio as a youth but survived and thrived as an adult. In his 45-year design career, he designed many public and private buildings, including government offices, churches and school facilities, most in North Louisiana.
