Indumati Chamanlal
Indumati Chamanlal was an Indian freedom fighter, gandhian and the founder of the first Khadi store in India. She was the first minister for textiles in the Indian state of Gujarat during which time she established the first Khadi store in India at Ahmedabad. She was honoured by the Government of India in 1970 with Padma Shri, the fourth highest Indian civilian award.
