Joint Council of Municipalities
The Joint Council of Municipalities in Croatia (Croatian: Zajedničko vijeće općina; Serbian: Заједничко веће општина / Zajedničko veće opština or Заједничко вијеће општина / Zajedničko vijeće opština; shortly: ЗВО / ZVO) aligns interests of the Serb ethnic community in Eastern Slavonia, Baranja, and Western Syrmia in the Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Syrmia County. It coordinates initiatives and proposals to the institutions of government, international organisations and NGOs. JCM is not an autonomous administrative unit. JCM is established on the basis of the Erdut Agreement.
