Kana Kaanum Kaalangal was a Tamil drama soap opera on weekdays on STAR Vijay. It is first Serial in Indian and Tamil Television to focus solely on adolescence and school life and became a trend setter and topped the TRP for Tamil serials. A sequel to the serial called Kana Kaanum Kaalangal Kallooriyin Kadhai has been made. Later another sequel to the serial called Kana Kaanum Kalangal Kalloori Saalai was made.
