Parts of the town are affiliated villages Miřetice (now the modern part of the town with a lot of prefabricated houses), Ciboušov, Klášterecká Jeseň, Lestkov, Mikulovice, Rašovice, Šumná, Vernéřov, Hradiště, Kunov, Horní Miřetice, Pavlov, Potočná, Suchý Důl, Útočiště, and Velká Lesná.
