Louisiana Culinary Institute

The Louisiana Culinary Institute is a for-profit 2-year college located in Baton Rouge. It formerly offered both diplomas and associate degrees. As of 2015 it offers Associate degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality and Culinary Management. In 2013, The Cooking Channel hosted a series of "The Freshman Class" program, at the institute, which followed four freshman through their studies. In 2015, the Institute announced plans to build a new 8000 square foot annex.
