The Nissan Elgrand (Japanese: 日産・エルグランド Nissan Erugurando) is a full-size luxury MPV manufactured by Nissan Shatai for Nissan since 1997, available in three model developments, the E50, the E51 and as of 2010 the E52. The Elgrand is commonly used by celebrities in Japan, Taiwan, China (Guangdong, Hong Kong,), Thailand and some other countries around the world. The Elgrand's main competitors are the Toyota Alphard, also called Toyota Vellfire, and the Honda Odyssey.
