Señal Radio Colombia

Señal Radio Colombia is a Colombian state-owned radio network, formerly known as Radiodifusora Nacional de Colombia and Radio Nacional de Colombia. It is part of Señal Colombia Sistema de Medios Públicos. The Radiodifusora Nacional de Colombia started broadcasts 1 February 1940, three years after HJN, the first state-owned radio station in the country, folded. Between 1954 and 1963, the Radiodifusora Nacional was in charge of Televisora Nacional, the then only television channel in Colombia.
