Temeluchus

Temeluchus (probably a transliteration of the Greek Telémakhos; literally, "far-away fighter") is the leader of the tartaruchi, the chief angel of torment (and possibly Satan himself), according to the extracanonical Apocalypse of Paul. In addition to being described as "a merciless angel, all fire," Temeluchus (also called Tartaruchus) has the surprising designation as a caretaking angel set over children at birth or during infancy. He is mentioned in chapter 15 and chapter 18 as God is rendering judgment: In chapter 34, he is seen torturing the soul of a gluttonous and lustful priest:
